Updated version: I bought a Vivienne Westwood necklace for my sister on 26th November but I never received anything. I called and emailed Argento, they investigated and responded on 10th December and I got my refund on 15th December. Wouldn't say the whole process is quick but they were responsible and customer service was friendly.
Item never arrived, said it had been delivered but it hasn't. Wouldn't give me a refund worst company ever avoid.
I visited Argento Sligo recently and had such a great experience. The staff were honestly amazing so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The shop looked stunning too,with absolutely stunning bits. There were two girls working when I was in, Izzie and Abby were just incredible. They were both so kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to chat, give advice, and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for, which you don’t always get in shops anymore. Their positive attitude and genuine warmth made such a difference it really stood out to me. If your ever in sligo i recommend this shop, you will be looked after so well !!!
