Garage door installed in September. All seemed OK until we had issues. Waited 4-6 weeks for someone to come round and fix it. They identified that it had been installed badly so would raise it with the office. Nothing. Raised again and waited 4-6 weeks for someone to come over, agree it was wrong and report back to office. Waited. Waited some more. Rang them and waited for a response. Guess what. They had no record of a problem and someone is booked for 5 weeks time. The only regularity apart from the incompetence is the lead time before someone shows up. Disgraceful customer service. Thank goodness I have a second door into the garage as the roller door has been broken longer than it has worked.

The salesman Doan Tran was very polite and efficient, the process leading to the installation was quick and I was particularly impressed with the fitters, Lee and Kayden, who were tidy workers and their workmanship was excellent.

Ali dealt with me from the sales team and then a lovely gentleman called Pat was the surveyor. My partner was present when the talented installer came and I can honestly say the whole process was charming. We are very happy with the product.

Still no resolution to my customer complaint about the French door installation which should have been completed in January. Although I have spoken and corresponded with the Anglian area sales representative several times, he does not have the authority to rectify the problem. Last month, I was told that my complaint had been escalated to the Regional Sales Manager who would contact me but they did not. The French doors are only partially installed, not what I asked for and constitute an eyesore. I cannot open my window for ventilation. The response to my previous review noted the frustration I was experiencing and thanked me for the patience in waiting for a resolution. I am still waiting patiently! It seems that Anglian is only concerned about who pays for the corrective action with no concern for their customer.
