Booked onto a Full game review for this coming Sunday, so that I can find out more about my clubs and the best grips, shafts, etc. I've just received a call from American Golf asking what I'm looking for. I told them to see about where I can improve equipment to better suit myself. I then got asked what part I want to look at (I booked a FULL GAME review). I was made to pick an area so I said that I have been looking at Drivers, likely the QI range. I was asked if I'd be looking at the QI35 and I said I would rather look at the QI10 as it is at a more reasonable price (still £400!), but because I said I didn't want to buy a £530+ driver they cancelled my appointment. Saying they don't want to waste time! Apparently wanting to purchase £400 worth of equipment is a waste of their time. Absolutely horrendous service. I'll be booking a different store to see if that's any better.
The store manager Steve took his time to address all my options. I tested the driver I bought and was extremely pleased with the track man performance data compared with my previous one.
