NetherlandsThey shipped me a broken motherboard.. And they refuse to give me back credit once i shipped the faulty one back not even a new one. Paid for a broken motherboard and then left me with: There is nothing we can do. Basically its not our problem good luck.

NetherlandsThis is my final review. After 4 years of misery and back and forth with Alternate for my PC I went to another shop and solved all of my problems in 3 weeks. For the record in these 4 years I had to send my PC to Alternate for repairs 3 times and each time they kept it for 8 weeks and each time it was an adventure. While the first time they charged me 270 euros, none of the times were the problems fixed. They charged me for repairs, but failed to update the BIOS, and then they failed to apply any settings to the BIOS. Each time the repairs were finished, they reassured me that my PC had no issues, even though I could see the symptoms. Still they had to replace 3 Intel 13900K and a motherboard and that is indicative of their working culture. They are not scammers, they are just really bad at what they do. Never again will I do business with them. Some people love working with PCs, but it's just not them. I finally opted to pay 380 euros for the assembly and troubleshooting of my PC to another shop. It was either that or risking losing my manufacturer's warranty on a fourth try with Alternate. I hope selling barbecue equipment and writing condescending emails about how my PC was fixed after each visit finally does it for Alternate in the future.
NetherlandsStay far away – faulty products and no respect for the law I have now had two very bad experiences with Alternate. The first time, I bought a monitor that turned out to be defective. Alternate refused to honor their legal obligations, and I had to escalate the matter legally to get it solved. The second time, I bought Moza Stalks, which again arrived faulty. Instead of replacing the products as the law requires, Alternate has been evasive, unresponsive, and unwilling to provide a proper solution. I even tried calling to clarify the issue, but they don’t answer properly and refuse to connect me with the responsible person. Emails are ignored for days. Twice I bought from them, twice I received defective goods. A company that repeatedly fails to honor contracts and legal obligations is not trustworthy. 👉 Stay far away from Alternate.
