I tried to move (translate) house but they still charge me after I moved. I told them I was moving! They never acknowledge any information that I send them. They are information-proof, which is to say, they can't learn anything from what I show them.

Why some people say that Adamo offers the best services? in fact it is not, a friend of mine even the bill was paid at the beginning of the month, they disconnected the services for 15 minutes, affecting one of her children that attends classes online with an American University, also charging for having a cheap router and modem, €1.99 monthly, while other carrriers never trying to create extra expenses, Adamo offers one price for life, and soddendly starting increasing gradually the monthly bill, I advised my friend to hire a different provider, we the clientele keep in business a company, so why to mess with us?

We give a shot to Adamo to support local businesses. We sign a contract and we wait to get the provider to install after 2 weeks We get a visit from the installer he tried to run the fiber from the run street to inside of the building but was some issues and he gave up he told us we need to find electrician. Same day we hire an electrician from Santander for urgent service we paid 250 euros....for 3 weeks we called adamo to install and nothing! We already we all the call center team we gave up we cancel the service we rent hotel room to work! That's for August. Here we are again December 2024 and again issues with the install the guy came to our place and he found another issue and left our place we called adamo and we need 4 weeks TBC. Honestly we are trying to support Adamo we gave them a second chance but is not easy...let's pray they will figure out before Christmas. Cheers Sandro Camaleno Cantabria Ontario Canada

When there is a problem, they can’t fix it because they only work with subcontractors. Now twice in a month without wifi. Takes at least a week for someone to come and have a look and if you’re lucky, repair it. Or they have to contact another subcontractor. Stay away from this company, they promise a lot but deliver nothing.
