United KingdomDisappointing process unfortunately. I purchased the item as it was shown as being in stock, despite it being cheaper but out of stock with competitors. 48hrs delivery was paid for, however after 5 days there was no item or update on the order. When chased it turned out that the items came from the competitor site with close to 25% mark up. No purchase updates and a rather lackluster response from the sales team with in light of the original website stock inaccuracies. Swift refund was a bonus though, but doesn't help with the project delays. Edit in response to initial reply,.. The primary supplier who it transpires you get these from responded to me immediately when I contacted them initially, it should not have taken you close to 5 days to get back to me, given that I actually had to contact yourselves for an update as I had heard nothing at all regarding the order.
