Unprofessional and a waste of time. I submitted jewelry with certified appraisals valued at over $20k. Worthy was slow to process these items and I had to demand a response on the status of my inventory today. I received an email from a VA. My items were deemed “not eligible” for auction because they would not bring over $1000 so I was given unacceptable “direct offers.” As a result, I have missed the Valentine’s Day window to sell my jewelry . I am having all items returned ASAP.
Everything went well, except I had to wait three weeks for my money. Other than that...went great
I had a fantastic experience using Worthy. The process was easy, the directions were easy to understand, and you receive updates every step of the way. The money from the sale was deposited into my account; I didn't have to drive anywhere or negotiate, so I believe I got the most value possible for my rings.
