United KingdomCan't understand how this company has so many good reviews. I bought a hottub from them which was delivered (eventually) but short of some parts. I have spent 2 months trying to get them to engage with me to discuss and resolve but with no luck whatsoever. All I get is promises to get in touch and then silence. Beware.

United KingdomI bought a hottub from Woodpecker and its been faultless. Our guests love it. Just before our guests arrived on Friday evening we noticed the air wouldn't work. I called Andy who immediately contacted his Tech guy who came up with a solution within an hour. The tub is as good as new now. Thanks Andy.
