Worst service ever. Every time there is a holiday, trash is not picked up for 2 weeks, but if you go to the site, it is marked picked up. But there is no credit on your bill for it. Two other companies in the area manage to pick up on time, no problem to the customer eye. But this is a chronic problem with WM. I'm pretty patient; I know things happen. But it should not be happening repetitively. The website has set up a dispute window; but you have to be able to dispute your issue with one sentence, because that's all the space provided. It is as if they don't really want to know what the issue is. I don't know how they can approve their process if they don't hear the issue! 4/24/25 The difficulties are continuing even though I CANCELED my service in early December. Had a zero balance, paid them just to get rid of them . Got billed again anyway for $200+, spoke with CSR, told there was a zero balance. I just got another bill! If only you could have seen the multitude of egregious issues I had uploaded and have now been edited out! How do I separate from this horrible company??? A company that has 94% of its ratings as 1 star (or less, if it could be given) needs to close its doors.
They keep driving price up well above competitors and when you go to cancel they surprise you with a $300 cancellation fee just to pick up their dumpster. Currently $110/m to pick up once a week when I can get the same from another company for $75 and no contract. Keep calling and they don't answer the phone but you can't cancel online either. Scam company.
Guys don’t go with them you will regret it biggest mistake I done absolutely rubbish customer service and jump from £51 to £180 (twice collection)in month . Only one bin . I will also seek legal advice.
Exactly the same what other Waste Management customers said. Extremely bad service - their changing their collection dates without notice and then blaming me it is my fault. No refund or sorry, no nothing. Only taking the my money and run away. Definitely I will recommend other people to avoid this company!
