Very happy with the service - everyone else has refused to repair our schuifdeur because it was not clear what parts they had to use. Windocare came and took note on the parts needed and even if it took long to find them and deliver, they managed to fix it.

In your website in which the appointment was scheduled it said I would get a call the day before the intervention. I didn't get the call. The day of the visit I don't have any call or message either. I have not been provided with any telephone number to call windowcare (that would have been useful) Yesterday I submitted a request for another appointment both by mail and in your system and still no reply... Waiting for a satisfactory service and solution As a customer I not satisfied so far with the communication. We will see if with the service once performed. I waited more than one month because they closed for holidays They were supposed to call me on the 12/08 to come on the 13/08. No call before. Didn't showed up and didn't wrote after to say what happened. Just silence If you have the option select a reliable company

Worst service ever I would rather give 0 star . We couldn’t close the door during heavy winter season . So I made an appointment with windocare.The technical guy came to have a look 3 months before within few days and I paid 180€ just for a visit. He promised that he will fix it in 2 months. After 2 months when I try to reach them it always goes voicemail. I started the whole process again and waiting for other company to fix it. They never replied to my emails as well. Don’t waste your money and time. I couldn’t paste all my emails here. Bon nr. OF9190 Relatiecode : 022937 Replied to your email. Update on 25/03/2024 I received an email few days ago from Windocare. They apologised and told that they will refund what I paid but to change the review. I didn’t agree because it’s not only the bill amount, but also the trust and time. Update on 3 April Already sent email 27/93 and today but didn’t receive any response yet. Update on 4 April I sent an email with my account number again.Please check. Update on 14 April I didn’t receive any refund yet and no response for my emails too.
