I am experiencing the same issue with WES. I wish I had seen all these reviews before I started evaluating my degree with them. It has been almost six months, and nothing has been done. I have been sending ticket after ticket, with the promise that my case will be escalated or expedited. WES has received documents, but they are not being processed on time. It seems they need to rethink their organizational processes. My university abroad sent my degrees and transcripts in a sealed envelope, but they still ask my university to confirm via email if the documents are authentic. My university couldn't wrap its mind around such a process. Although they finally did it more than a month ago, WES still has not processed the document. Now, the most frustrating part is that my university in the USA is threatening to withdraw my application if they don't receive the WES evaluation by April 30th, 2025. I have communicated that to the WES rep, but it seems like no one cares. What seems to matter to them is paying an excessive fee for their service and receiving poor customer service. For those who had a good experience with WES, I wish you good luck. As for me, this is a painful and unacceptable experience. I had my transcript evaluated before by ACE, and it was great. I went to WES because my institution abroad told me to do so, and here I am… never again.

Extremely slow. Despite paying a lot of extra money for Qualification Check which ostensibly speeds up the process, and they verified everything quickly, I've been waiting weeks for WES. Additionally, the Support Officers on LiveChat are evasive and refuse to answer your actual questions. To date, the service is so bad it feels like we're being treated with disdain. *Update 21 April - I shared further details with WES and they have done absolutely nothing - they haven't even acknowledged receipt.

Here I am, once again! I have paid and requested 4 reviews, and I only received 1!!!! ALL WERE ALREADY APPROVED BY THEM. After 5 months of struggle and several open tickets. WHAT do I need to do?! Honestly.. It's disrespectful how disorganized they are.

Hi WES It’s been more than a year and half I am with WES for evaluation of my degrees. I have been generating tickets for my problem to be resolved. I should know what is the matter exactly. The response to my last ticket has actually disappointed me and inclining me towards opting for another organization to avail the service. Can you please assist?
