Always helpful and as we are very rural and the tank is a long way from the road its a bit of a task for them. But the drivers are always helpful and never complain ...
I have been with Watson for years I have a monthly account and am a loyal customer.The last 6 months the service has been getting progressively worse. Even though I’m a loyal customer they have no regard… waited wks for a delivery. One driver turned up and drove off without speaking to me because apparently there was a branch nr the tank.I have also had problems with my aga the plumber thinks the oil delivered had red diesel in the line… I have phoned the company to give them a chance but no one bothers to call back.Don’t use them try someone else to avoid the stress.I am now trying to close my account.

I ordered heating oil and was advised that it would be put as urgent due to circumstances. I waited and nothing came for a few days. I telephoned again as was worried about putting the heating on as didn't want to run out completely and then have to get someone out to pump oil to the boiler therefore went without heating for six more days. I was told after a few telephone calls that I shouldn't have been told my order would be put as urgent! When I first placed the order, I asked for a baby tanker to be used due to proximity of tank. They sent a large tanker! Driver was magnificent and manoeuvred tanker as much as possible as the pipe would not reach. The driver kept manoeuvring the tanker and the pipe only just reached.Spoke to customer service and they said that a small tanker had not been noted on the order and that they would change the requirements going forward. It is with thanks to that driver that the oil was delivered.The Sales Team need to hear what the customer says and repeat back the order and customer instructions so this doesn't happen again.
