Poor service. Often don’t deliver within timeframe offered. Always priced above competitors so negotiation essentially. Poor customer service.
I have given Watsons over 3 years , several deliveries all of which were never within the time stated and on 2 occasions several weeks after . I was an account holder for ease !. Enough is enough and such bad delivery service . Customer service is excellent ( and the drivers) but there is a disconnect between order and the delivery depot - clearly very poor management ….appalling and so time to move on . If you need oil be prepared for a long wait post order …..
Driving into Reading this morning where two lanes go into one. Vehicle PF68 UGD moved into the single lane. I drove alongside and the Watson Fuels driver proceeded to cut me up. I used my horn to let him know I was there. When I drove past him a few minutes later he gave me an unprovoked finger sign. Thanks Watson - great public perception.
Clearly some issues with this firm - a lot of people paying for fuel and not getting it. 4th delay to our delivery in the last month, running out of fuel but customer services couldn’t care less. Sarcastic comments about delays, being told that other people take priority so they have to delay ours. Going to change service in the morning to a company that can deliver its product and treat its customers with respect, hopefully before we run out in a house with vulnerable occupants.
