Good morning, evening to All Waterdrop customers and employees I am VJ, recently I bought Waterdrop X8 product, we are using this product for more than a month. We see a lot of difference in the drinking water. Today Doreen helped us to explain F1A filter and I also did some research about this filter. Doreen offered F1A filter and I am glad to get this filter from Waterdrop. Once again thank you very much for all the help you did. I had my Waterdrop RO Machine for approximately 1 year when there was a problem. After speaking with customer service rep., Kimberly, through email it was determined that they would send me a new machine. It was sent quickly, resolved my problem, and now I have a new machine. Great customer service and company to back their product.

I have been using G2 Ro system for 6 years and very satisfied with this product. The most important reason is changing the filters easily, I can change it by myself. This company also have very strong customer service team. Jessica & Rebecca, Especially Jessica is vey professional, when I have any questions, she responds quickly and solve the issue immediately. Great experience and happy to bought this machine.

We really like our new water filter system. The water tastes great and the readings are excellent. It’s not noisy and it is compact enough to fit under the sink area nicely. We had a problem with the valve leaking and Olivia took care of it very efficiently. We got the new valve had it installed and it’s working perfectly. The company even reimbursed the plumber fee to have it repaired. They sent us a lovely water filter pitcher that I like very much. I am impressed with the great customer service and the product. I would highly recommend this product.
