Purchased a car in May 2025 from a main dealer. The Car was serviced as part of the purchase by the main dealer. The wetbelt has failed after 4000 miles !!!!.WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES have refused the warranty claim, as the wetbelt should have been changed in Dec 2025 and failed in Mar 2026. We were not told that wetbelt should be replaced before the next planned service in May 2026I would steer clear of car warranty claims companies and I will not purchase a policy from WARRANTY ADMINISTRATION SERVICESA poor experience for me

After sales care is always something that can be concerning, especially when it comes to purchasing a used vehicle.That has not been a concern at all so far with WAS. Unfortunately within a few weeks of ownership our vehicle developed several faults, but after speaking with Matthew the claims were approved at a speedy rate and with exceptional communication. I'm very impressed with the service we have received.

WAS have been fantastic with dealing with a number of warranty issues regarding my vehicle. An easy and fast claim process and allows me to use a specialist of my choice. Tara in particular has gone above and beyond in helping with any issues and even when I thought warranty wouldn’t cover the issue they have been able to negotiate with the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. Very happy overall.
