United KingdomI recieved a cocktail shaker damaged I emailed straight away with images and did not recieve a reply. 3 emails later and I have not even had an acknowledgment to my email. This was for a Christmas Eve party. Why do I then have to contact them again when I have sent 3 emails ….lazy
United KingdomI purchased a Vonshef 4 tray buffet warmer. Delivery was very slow. Was meant to be delivered Thursday eventually arrived Sunday evening... Damaged. Emailed customer service straight away who honestly couldn't care that it arrived both late and damaged. Very poor service. Wouldn't recommend.
