Absolutely fantastic service from Vista health! The first person I spoke to was a member of the patient care team to book in a consultation before my MRI scan took place, the lady I spoke to was really friendly and was able to find an prompt appointment time. My consultation was with Sonya, who answered all the questions I had and told me exactly what to expect from the MRI. I had a lot of anxiety due to the reasoning for the scan, however she very kindly put me at ease. During the MRI, the two radiographers were also very friendly and told me exactly what to expect, making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Whilst waiting for my results, I had severe anxiety, so I contacted the patient care team to see how things were going. They managed to bring my scan to the front of the queue, so I got my results back mere hours later. The patient care team contacted me twice to give me updates with where it was at during those few hours, I've never had a service like it... I wish I remembered the name of the lady that helped me! Not only all that, but they've also included a free follow up with one of their GP's to go through my scan with me.I'm not one to leave reviews, but because of the service being top notch, I wanted to return the favour. I would very happily use their services again... fantastic service and value for money.

I paid for an ECG test at the Leeds Gateway West site on the understanding that I would receive the results within 3 days. The test was carried out on 13th May, and as of today, 22nd May, I still have not received the results.I have called several times to try and resolve the issue, but unfortunately have had no success.Based on my experience, I would avoid this company if you are expecting a quick turnaround.
