Viridor is hands down the worst commercial waste company. Often our food waste container was not collected. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with (and worse they couldn't care less to be honest). Cancelling the contract was another nightmare. Didn't pay these thugs any cancellation fees like they demanded even after being with them for 3 years. Send us debt collection scare letters. Ignored these letters for months and eventually they gave up chasing us. In the meantime we switched to our local council waste service. They were a little pricier but you get what you pay for. Couldn't be more happy with our local council run service!

Absolutely horrible place to visit, terrified workers, dangerous place, preach health and safety, demand vehicle keys, steal from lorrys, I've had a few accidents at various depots, never interested, pure bullying, a dangerous place to visit oh and they refuse toilet access, it's health and safety

Nothing but problems for 5 years! Then with the Biffa takeover more problems! I have now changed suppliers all together! However, staff in the office have always been lovely and as helpful as they can!
