Customer support is absolutely useless. You always get an initial response by a robot, but it’s clearly just the same auto generated message that takes 0 context of the actual report. Then you wait 5 days for a real response and get the exact same useless response back. Clearly the item is counterfeit and they let it stay
VERY BAD customer service, parcel was sent back to seller and they didn't even attempt to deliver! Youssef is very rude and unprofessional.
Horrible customer service. Vinted sent me an email saying I was eligible for compensation with a link to claim it. When I contacted them because the link wasn’t working, they changed their mind and said I was not eligible after all — without any apology. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
Losing the will with vinted. There refund policy is far too long and drawn out.
