The delivery was impossible! I’m deaf and cannot hear the doorbell (I’m in a rented property so can’t add a deaf friendly doorbell) and the delivery company Viking used refused to leave the package in my secure box at the front of the house. I tried to contact the delivery company to ask them to leave it in the box. I emailed, tried the live text chat and called via SignLive and it wa impossible to communicate with a person. I did not receive the item.
