Very pretty candle holder and nice scent, but the wick was an absolute dud. It just burnt down and down, at a 20p size, so the flame kept on being drowned by wax. In the end I had to cut out 50% of the wax, making this rather an expensive Christmas candle.

Bought a china mug as a birthday present for my goddaughter in the US. The handle broke off in transit. The mug was wrapped in just a bag, and put in a box, which was shipped in an envelope/bag. There was no padding around the mug, the box or as part of the mailer.
