GermanyI bought the Cecilia puffer jacket for my girlfriend. She loved it! It was exactly as advertised. I bought a second jacket 2 weeks later. However, this time, they shipped the wrong size. I reached out to customer support and they helped me reorder the large. Will visit again.
GermanyI would have given -10000 if that would have been possible. These are scammers of high level. Got a very poor quality dress which I wanted to send back. This request wasn't accepted. They suggest no reimbursement but only exchange or self-paying the sending costs. Very very bad experience. I opened a dispute on Paypal and couldn't get my money back. Don't order !!! Theft at its finest level
GermanyThe quality of the product did not resemble ANY photos or description. Form, fit, color, fabric… it was so cheap and obviously produced in China. Upon my request for a return label I was told it’s 40 to 100€ transport costs (my responsibility) and I would also only get 75% of the purchasing price returned. It’s their business model clearly!
GermanyIf I could, I would give 0 starts. Horrible online shop with absolutely no interest in finding a GOOD solution for their customers. Almost feels like scam if suddenly a return isn’t possible and instead they offer you 10% reimbursement
