United KingdomThis is a rating for communication and delivery. Arrived 3 days early without any communication. Fortunately someone was in and was able to accept. Also we had expected kerbside delivery however could only deliver onto the drive. No excuse for non existent communication re change in delivery date. Top soil looks good however if it had been a turf delivery and you say it should be laid within 48 hours and delivered 3 days early does not give opportunity when working. The delivery man was great but unfortunately had not been given the correct lorry to deliver as expected. Just a motorised sack truck from the back of a lorry. Bag ripped on manoeuvring.
