It was easy to determine the right system for my home. The water softener and filtration systems were shipped quickly and well packaged. The installation instructions weren't 100% clear so I contacted support multiple times. Support was friendly, understood their product and gave good directions. The system works great and our water quality has never been so good. I really like being able to control the softener using a phone application.
Frustrated customer! We ordered a whole home water softener and filtration system in addition the RO system with the pump and UV filter. We have reached out for some issues but have not received a single response back for help. If we aren’t contacted soon then we will submit this to the BBB and other related review platforms.
I am recently transitioning over from another water company that has failed me.. The customer service here has been excellent and the support staff is amazing and knowledgeable. The website contains lots of information about water and product information/installation. I am learning more about water quality than i ever knew.. I wish i found US Water sooner. Very happy customer!
