United KingdomAfter completing an order, paying in full, and patiently waiting for months for an update on stock, all of my calls and emails have now been ignored for weeks after requesting to cancel the order. I have been incredibly patient and am writing this review as a last resort as there is simply no excuse at this point. This company owes me a refund of nearly £200 - I have not received the tiles and wish to cancel the order and be refunded.

United KingdomI ordered Dorset Stone Flat Tiles on 15th July from UK Tile Sales. On 16h July a UK Tile Sales consultant AKA Euxton Tile Supps advised me by email the tiles were on back order. I am project managing a large self build so for the past 5 weeks have made the same inquiry to UK Tile Sales & each week have received the same explanation. Actual quote: Unfortunately we are still awaiting a delivery date from our supplier on when we can expect these into ourselves. Imagine my surprise when today I called the manufacturer. They have the tiles in stock & can supply within 2 working days of the payment I made earlier today. Come on UK Tile Sales what on earth are you playing at? Be up front with your customers. You are in breach of the Consumer Right Act 2015 so a full refund to my credit card is now needed. You need to take down the product from your website as you know you are unable to supply to time.
