AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a tow along grass collector at over £200. It’s been with the unknown ‘carrier’ for 4 days now and nothings changed as to its status. Just says they have it. Tried to contact them but the chat function doesn’t work & no other way of getting in touch, what a surprise. Contacted Vevor and just get the runaround saying they’ll get the courier to update the status but again, nothing changes. Will be contacting our credit card company for a refund. EDIT. The so called reply from Vevor is the same copy & paste response given on the complaint ticket. This company is not to be trusted.

This is not a review about the company, I have used them a number of times, and they despatch on time, however I will say to return an item is a nightmare, and very complicated. This is about one of their products, VEVOR Spare Tire Carrier for a trailer, you have to have what they call a pocket on the 'A' frame of the trailer, which is basically a 'U' shaped metal piece that is welded onto the drawbar or where ever you want to fit it, it then slides into this pocket, and a piece of metal is provided to bolt to the bottom, if you don't have this 'pocket' then either you have to get one made and welded, or start drilling holes in the bracket, and where ever you want to fit this thing, my advice stay away from it, unless you have the correct fitting for it, having said that, it's a well made item. I did contact them and told them my plight, and they did give a non return refund.

Vevor PA 400 injector tester. As a unit it is well built and works OK but the adapters supplied were poor. The unit has a M14 male coupling and one adapter is M14-M14 female-female and fits ok. The other adapter is M12-M12 female-female and although fits my M12 injector it will not couple to the main unit which has an M14 male thread. Why could not the adapter have a M14-M12 female- female when it would work fine. As it is I cannot use to test the injectors I bought it for. 22nd April Following my 3 star review here Vevor contact me and supplied me the correct part I needed. Ok they made a mistake with the goods originally supplied but they followed up and corrected the error. For me that rates very highly and I am very happy with the service.
