I contacted TWC about a delivery that was not delivered. They were very fast in responding. The USPS delivery to wrong address. TWC is a great company with amazing customer service.

Ordered & approved by DR. Funds taken from account4/15/26 22 days later nothing. No updates.Emailed customer service 2X - advised it could be 2-3 weeks for "processing". This is the standard wellness kit. Nothing special ordered. Horrible mistake on my part !!!

Once you sign up for auto-refills, you cannot stop it. With multiple requests in different ways, I still keep getting the packages at my door that I am expected to pay for. Well, I still have plenty, so please stop! Keeps coming at those regular times. I finally called a number and got a real person who said he would stop them. I explained my frustration and he said that they did not authorize him to give refunds at all. But he did seem to be able to stop some. I had to call again to stop my "subscription". But now I am still getting one on the bottles, and of course it costs more now. I will take all that I have paid for. Some I think actually did help. But when I say stop, I mean it. These are not cheap, and Medicare certainly doesn't pay for them. Be careful to be sure you can afford this forever.

Placed an order for $266.00 on 4/15/2026. Today is 5/6 and I don't have an answer as to when I will receive my medication. One product was lost in the mail on 4/25. Asked for a refund and they have to get back to me , The pharmacy doesn't know when the 2nd product will be shipped. 2 emails and 2 phone calls and still have no answers. Do the doctors who represent this company know how truly bad the day to day operations are???????
