Unbelievably horrible experience with this company. We decided to try their products. We tried four products in total three of which were subscription based. We did not like any of the products and canceled all three subscriptions. Three weeks late we starting getting alerts for charges on the items we had canceled weeks before. Contacted customer service to get it canceled only to learn they requested proof of cancelation. I explained that I didn’t think we had proof of the cancellation and demanded immediate cancellation to which they agreed. After a search of my email I indeed happen to find the cancellation. I sent the email to the customer service representative to offer the proof of cancellation they requested. I was then informed that the cancellation took place after the first of the calendar month therefore, all of the charges and items had to be shipped anyway, even though we canceled two weeks prior to that month’s billing or shipping. I then inquired about returning the products to which they informed me that they do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of their products. Unbelievably horrible business with worse business practices. Very disappointing.
I ordered Ivermectin from this company & one and a half months later, I have not received my medication. I called TWC (they are very difficult to get in touch with) & spoke with Rodrigo. Rodrigo didn't know why my Ivermectin had not arrived. He then said that my prescription was at a place called Specialty Pharmacy. I told Rodrigo to cancel my order & issue a refund. Rodrigo said that they would issue a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. I told Rodrigo that the only reason that I was cancelling the order was because I had never received the Ivermectin. Rodrigo briefly put me on hold, he came back & said that he had given me the wrong information, that the Wellness Company DOES NOT ISSUE REFUNDS! I spent almost $300.00 & have NO PRODUCT! Then Rodrigo blamed Specialty Pharmacy as the reason for my not receiving the medication, but it turned out the prescription was not at Specialty Pharmacy, but at a place called Pharmacy Hub & that they didn't have a "sufficient address" for me. I wrote to Pharmacy Hub & they said they sent it, but didn't have a "sufficient address", & the package was allegedly returned to Pharmacy Hub. Again, I've spent almost $300.00 for this prescription, and have never received the medication. I am contesting this charge now with my bank, with Visa, and with the Better Business Bureau. I would heartily recommend that no one use the Wellness Company, it is a SCAM!
I was hesitant to order what I thought was a "too good to be true" Medical Emergency Kit, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. The kit arrived quickly and it was just as described, and the supplemental information inside the kit was full of valuable information on its use. I put the kit to good use the day I received it and am happy to say that the medications helped me effectively deal with a bad situation that would have taken me 3 weeks for a doctor appointment and a delay in getting the medication due to pharmacy out of stock condition. I have purchased other items too from the website and they have arrived professionally packaged and were shipped quickly. I am pleased with the products and the quick response from Customer Service on a taxing error.
They respond very quickly to emails and concerns. Seems to be a breakdown of communication between departments, but could be worse. Thank you for working with me.
