once Erin jumped on the chat she answered my questions directly and clearly right away, prompt answers, we never timed out. She actually understood what i was asking and replied back in normal lingo, no minced words - very clear what she was saying and i didnt have to rephrase my question a million times to get a simple answer (which i have experienced w. other eden reps in past, they were all still super nice and professional tho!!) very happy w. Erin's help today
There was a delay in delivering my meds via FedEx due to an issue at there facility in Miami and my meds arrived a week after it was sent. Eden was able to verify all of this and sent me a new package and it arrived 3 days
I called about a system error where my latest treatment had not been processed or shipped. I talked with Melanie and she was able to get me answers. She was quick and efficient. Definitely a custom service rep that keeps the customer's needs first. Thank you.
