Don't be taken in they will call you claiming to get you rebates on utilities then a rep will come to see you and get you to sign up for their inadequate card machines that are far to slow for a busy pub and the app is useless as well. After this you hear nothing about the utilities rebates then you get them ringing you and threatening legal action because you aren't using the mikey mouse card machines you couldn't make it up since writing this review trilogy tried to get trustpilot to block it so you wouldn't see there dubious ways of doing business fortunately this was seen through and denied beware now look at there reply below what a pack of lies I repeat there machines are no good they use lies to entice you in I,e water rates rebates then when you fight back they will threaten to take you to court just had a invoice from them demanding over forty one thousand cancellation fee even though it was them that cancelled please beware before signing up with this company also if you read their reply they say that they are glad I have benefited from the utilities discounts again another lie they have never tried to get in touch show could I receive any discount? One final update trilogy have taken almost £15000 pounds out of my account today despite them cancelling the account not me and have somehow managed to get into my account despite me cancelling the direct debit I will now be going down the legal process please don't trust this company you will honestly regret it

Signed up with Trilogy well over a year ago on the promise I would get some money back on my water bills within 6months. Communication has been dire if at all. Feel like it's been a waste of time and an absolute scam.

I was referred to Trilogy from a friend for looking into utility rates and looking into an ongoing issue with my water account. Would recommend to anyone having issues with utility issues. Very good service.
