Generally good value, with a quick and friendly account manager and reliable pick-ups; however, their systems have a few bugs that interrupt our workflow. Some of the label formats mean we have to edit the label to print it properly. We are unable to enter £0 shipping charges to the customs documents on some services (we have to contact TG to get them to edit it), we have had a couple of 'double charges' applied to our pre-paid shipping payments (reinburst after we contacted the account manager), and there is no logical option to add our reference number on the shipping labels, despite there being an option to add purchase order number, this doesn't get printed on the label.

Dear Sir, Account Number: AC-0388141 Urgent Attention Needed: Unacceptable Service from Trans Global Express London, UK I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Trans Global Express London, UK. On 17th March, I sent a parcel from Romford, Essex, UK to my daughter in Mexico, yet to this day, there has been no resolution regarding its whereabouts. The parcel appears to be stuck in their warehouse, and each time I contact them, I receive the same vague response that they are "looking into it." Their customer service has been appalling—they have failed to provide clear updates or even allow me to escalate the issue by sharing a manager’s contact details. Repeated requests for assistance have been met with delays and indifference. If Trans Global Express truly values its customers, it must take immediate action to resolve this matter. The frustration and uncertainty I’ve experienced are completely unacceptable. I strongly urge you to address this issue without further delay and ensure accountability in your operations.
