United KingdomArranged a parcel collection from our customer with D.H.L, was consistently told that there had been failed collection attempts and that the customer must have passed the carton to the wrong driver,parcel finally showed up on the 28/10/25 with damaged content, wrapped in Transglobal packaging and returned by Parcelforce amazing considering they do not offer Parcelforce services sick of the lies and refusal to accept responsibility for their failures and incompetence this sort of 3rd rate service seems to be the accepted norm within the courier industry.
