after seeing a consultant about breast augmentation and wasn’t happy with the outcome I then decided to look elsewhere. I’m so pleased I decided to go to transform at Manchester, and choosing Mr Shariff Elamari he truly is amazing at what he does im over the moon with my new boobs, from having that first phone call from the lovely Hannah I new transform was the right choice, Hannah answered all my questions she got me booked in straight away no messing about, then going to meet Mr Elamari who is so lovely and all of his team. My whole experience really was amazing.

Terrible experience £12k later 3 surgeries and im still left with uneven large boobs that I didn’t ask for! But not to worry you’ll never get sorted as they just dissolve there company’s and start up again in another name!! My surgeon was mr hassan suliman I gave up on trying get a solution from these as they just kept saying the company I paid for surgery with is now in liquidation! Disgusting. I’d never have surgery with this company again

I am so surprised to see so many 5 star reviews here. My experience with Transform has been terrible, and I have been left almost deformed, but what's worse, extremely uncomfortable on a daily basis after a lower body lift with the company in 2022, revision in 2023 and follow up in 2024. I have swelling/mild pain all around my lower back and flank area that has never left. I was given revision surgery (repeat liposuction of the area) after the first 12 months, only on returning for check up after that, my surgeon had left and the new surgeon said the issues i was facing wouldnt have been fixed by more liposuction, they were the result of the surgery not being completed correctly the first time, with not enough skin taken that has caused a hollow being constantly refilled with fluid. He said that the lift would need to be completed again to fix the issue. The company would not allow him to revise it again, and wanted me to pay another £12000 to fix the problem, nothing else was said, no after care, care for my wellbeing or that I am now swollen and uncomfortable on a daily basis. Obviously, I'm not a medical professional, I wasn't even told the medical issue I was facing, I'll now be going to my GP for a referral to someone that can hopefully help. Honestly, the experience with them, from start to finish was horrific, with the exception of the treatment from the staff at Bircot Hall hospital. The Transform rep went AWOL after taking a deposit to see a surgeon, I had a nurse put in steristrips the wrong way, followed by an infection. My local clinic closed and they didn't inform me despite an appointment being booked there, photos of a potential infection weren't passed on for assessment, which turned out to be an infection that saw me drive 2 hours to Birmingham to have seen, so many photos taken, but none on my file. The list goes on. I have had to chase Transform for all communication throughout the process, and I mean, chase, lots of effort at certain points, which caused frustration and distress. I do not think they realise or even care about the mental impact these life changing operations have on their clients or the trust we put in them to work with integrity when we choose them. It is clearly all about money for them, no understanding for our existing lack of confidence and esteem that impacts out lives daily. This was a life changing investment for me, emotionally, physically and financially, I put trust in Transform to look after me, I paid them for it, and again, other than in that hospital, they have not. I look worse, I feel worse, and I'm worried about future complications from the medical issue I'm facing, already seeing reduced kidney function through blood tests that could be related. Depending on the outcome from the GP I will be looking into legal proceedings.
