United KingdomAvoid this company! Does not reply to emails, also does not communicate in english! I have returned a faulty item, in an email they said it will take them 1,5 weeks to fix now it has been 3 months and still no item or money.
NetherlandsI ordered several items (Order #472606) with the promise of next-day delivery. Instead, one package arrived 6 days late, and the other never arrived at all. When I contacted customer service, I was told the second package was stuck at DHL due to its size. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including offering to pick up the package myself, I was given no helpful response. Reaching customer service was a nightmare—after 4 calls where they hung up, I finally spoke to someone who was unable to solve the problem. They said it would take 10 more business days. It was a stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating experience. They could have easily resolved the issue by sending a replacement order while sorting out the original one with DHL. Instead, they did nothing to help. I eventually had to cancel the order out of frustration. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this site. Their lack of effort to solve a simple issue and poor customer service made this the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
