GBGBSpent £600 on a Milwaukee table saw and £680 on a makita plunge saw in the same transaction, super fast delivery…no problem there, but when you spend £680 on an expensive item that comes supplied with 2x 5amp batteries it’s fair to expect a battery charger or at least the advert to state ‘no charger included with the batteries’ especially when you opt for the accessory pack option, customer service was useless and patronising and just blaming me for not choosing the right option but it’s not unrealistic to expect a battery charger to charge up your new batteries on your nice expensive plunge saw when you pay extra for the accessory kit or at least state that in the listing…off to Screwfix to save the day then!

GBGBAbsolute Joke of a company , got a great deal on a cabinet , paid immediately! 2 hours later got a phone call to say they have to cancel my order as they don’t deliver to my address ! When I put my address into there website it allows delivery , tried to pay extra in order to receive the cabinet , couldn’t be bothered to help ! Never ordering from them again ! Unhelpful and unwilling to offer solutions to problems
GBGBI bought a Sealey woodworking bench. It’s ok-ish, the assembly instructions were dire and to make the table more stable I’ve had to modify it.However, the vice should be on the left for a right handed worker, the images show it being on the left. My table arrived with it on the right. I asked whether I’d been sent a left handed bench. After repeated requests i got told that the photos are for illustrative purposes only. I can of course re drill the table and put another vice in, but I struggle to see how this is a reasonable customer experience.
