After adding everything to my basket and proceeding to checkout, I was surprised to see the prices increase within minutes. The checkout prices did not match the advertised daily promos still displayed on their website, which feels misleading and amounts to false advertising. I contacted customer service, who initially said they would investigate. I received no reply, and when I chased the following day, I was told simply that “prices can fluctuate daily.” No explanation was given for why the website and homepage continued to show different prices than those at checkout. Overall, this experience has left me disappointed, and I will be avoiding purchases from this retailer in the future.
United KingdomFirstly, some of the order did arrive very quickly. Within 2 days. They also answered a query quickly so all good to here. Then we only received 2 of the items, delivered via DPD. 4 days later, we haven't had the 3rd item. I'm a bit worried as I hadn't seen the negative reviews on here and I also see that the reviews aren't being answered. That's a little worrying. I've sent them an email to query the missing item. Will update if I don't receive it.
United KingdomShocking service the worst I have ever experienced, turned up a daylight as driver reported he couldn’t gain access, found this to be a lie after checking CCTV, courier delivered item upside down onto concrete floor, causing item to be damaged and unable to open drawers, Seller offered £20 refund for £112 item, refused, no explanation of how I was to return this or what would happen, in the end we fixed ourselves as fed up of waiting for a solution, at a cost to us, I think twicebefore buying off this seller on eBay
