Great logs at a good price but sadly there is no guarantee of your stated delivery date. As pleasant as the drivers of the pallet delivery company are, they tend to show up quite unexpectedly, not their fault but whoever organised their drops.

Had a massive problem with delivery but the company kept me updated at every step, right through to delivery of the logs to the house! The logs (birch) I had delivered are amazing too!!!

I had two Large crates delivered today on time and the driver even put them in the garage for me. Excellent service and what looks to be a great quality product. Well done Timports.

As I’ve been ordering logs for some while from Timports it doesn’t surprise me that they are still achieving very high ratings on here! From start to finish they are very professional in everything they do and communication is key in all this. I would and have recommended them to friends and family on numerous occasions, I wouldn’t buy my logs from anyone else, first class service! Thanks Olly👍
