Delivered as agreed. Looked a good load of wood with minimal debris. Delivery driver was great taking large crate up the drive to where if to be stacked. Might order more given my happiness with what received. Thanks.

Very efficient delivery arrangements the only problem was that the pallet etc was poorly constructed and the driver had great difficulty as it was coming apart, on previous deliveries the pallet etc is quite well made, so no problems, the driver did manage to deliver eventually but was very awkward for him

I buy kiln dried logs every year and this is one of the best buying experiences I’ve had. Timports were just excellent through the whole process. Website was easy to navigate, good product info, price was very good and delivery easy to arrange with plenty of dates available. Delivery details were received and delivery was on time. Best quality logs I’ve ever had so overall extremely happy. If the price is as good in 2027 I will buy again from Timports.
