First time ordering, received a top with a hole in, took.photos and sent to customer service, didn't hear back after 24 hrs to paid for a return label so I could send the parcel back so my refund for the order could go back in my bank asap. They have refused to refund the postage label as I dint wait to hear back from them!! They tske over 48 hrs to reply to every email, and now have now stopped emailing me completely. Awful customer service ...do not bother wasting your time using these the clothes are awful much better off spending on vinted
Don’t buy the bags — check accepted brands first. They only take specific brands. The ads made it seem like you could sell anything, so I bought 3 bags — big mistake. Bags took over a week to arrive, Evri collection was awful, and the parcel was marked collected when it wasn’t. There’s no proper customer service and no way to contact anyone. Total waste of time and money.
Thrift customer service is excellent, swift and kind. There clothes are vetted well, so you know what your getting. They have regular sales. Their delivery is prompt.
Absalotly awesome way to sort your unwanted items for those who just dont have time to do it there selves. Excellent customer service, most helpful and quick to respond. So pleased with Ttrift would highly recommend
