I sent a bag of items to Thrift and checked all items where the listed brands they sell for you, some where new with tags. I've had one item listed from the 25-30 I sent. I've been in touch with the the help contact and have multiple people ask whether my query has been resolved? They suggested my items may have been listed under someone else. They have never resolved where my items have gone, I would never trust this process again and never use the company. Fin, Victoria, Neha and Melissa have all messaged me to ask me whether I need any more support or my case will be closed, every time I've emailed to say no one has got back to me and nothing has been resolved but I have still received no response?Terrible service
Awful service! Do not share your valuables with them- they haven’t verified my items for weeks and service is extremely slow. Worse still they have lost 6 items that were wrongly rejected and not classified correctly. Huge mistake to have sent my items to them which were expensive designer pieces.
I'm never disappointed by Thrift+. They have quality products, a range of brands at great prices. And they deliver quickly. I'm thrilled with my 2 "new with tags" purchases.
I ordered the thrift+ bag 2 weeks ago and never received it. I tried to contact the customer service several times and no one replied. Absolute lack of support and help, customer service is inexistent. I tried to reach them on Instagram too but never got a reply. I really wanted to test it out but I’m shocked about the lack of support. I do hope that someone will read this and help me understand ( order number 807991
