The pre-loved fashion marketplace making secondhand seamless. We’re Thrift+. We love pre-loved.
Nearly all my clothes come from Thrift plus now. I've been buying 'bundles' for a while now, and find mostly the clothes are excellent and what I want. The odd one that isn't I either put back into second-hand somewhere - or I end up wearing it regardless. Cheap way of finding new, good quality clothes - and green too. My latest bundle of seven items - four are perfect four me and the other three I'll wear anyway ;-) Seven items all for under £50, including p&p.
Absolutely brilliant, two comfy pairs of shoes and sandals, both exactly as advertised, thanks 😊
Deeply Disappointed — Please Read Before DonatingI donated around 10–12 bags of clothing to Thrift+, including coats from Oasis, Warehouse and M&S in excellent condition, a brand new Karen Millen coat (bought in the sale, never worn), and Karen Millen trousers I had worn only once and had professionally dry cleaned. The trousers and coat were both flagged as having stains — which I know to be completely untrue. The coat was pristine and the trousers had been dry cleaned. When I queried this and asked for evidence, I was shown what appeared to be a black screen and told it was a mark. Months later they claimed they no longer had the photos.Several of my coats appeared listed for sale but not under my account. I tried calling repeatedly with no response, and when they eventually called back they asked me to provide photos of everything I’d sent — which wasn’t possible as I had trusted the process and sent so many items.I am genuinely disappointed. I could have sold these items on eBay myself for a significant amount. My advice to anyone donating: video every single item before you send it, especially anything valuable. I wish I had.
I really wish I had done my research and checked out thrift+ before signing up. Every bad review about this company is 100% true just like others I've too had bad experience. I have trying to cash out my payment since 5th of May but still haven't received anything. Everything is automated from emails to chat on line there's no customers service number, there's no way of contacting and speaking to a person. I request a payout on the 5th and it said I will receive my money on the 15th, on 15th I check nothing went back on thrift signed in and then I had to re request for the payout, payment should receive by the 22nd and still nothing. Easily one the worst company about. If anyone hasn't signed up DON'T DO IT!!! Specially if you thinking of selling DON'T DO IT!
