Quality finish, great sounding pickups, and an original 5 way switch system giving you a split neck p/up and an in between position 4, both interesting rythm options. A PRS at 1/3 of the price !!! I have sent back products that I didn't like and not once I had a problem doing so. I have asked technical questions and they always giving me clear and good answers. With Thomann you know the routine, you can try a product at home and if it is not your thing you send it back, money back, no questions asked. What more can you ask for as a musician living far away from a music store...
United KingdomI’ve had several purchases from Thomann, but when something goes wrong they’re just not interested. In my case their delivery partner, DHL, ignored my delivery instructions and chose to place my parcel in a pile of snow next to my door on a main road. DHL did not perform, granted, but I paid my money to Thomann and so my contract is with them. It is up to them to open discussions with DHL, but they steadfastly decline to do so. What kind of customer service is that?

They tend to be in the mid to high price range, but it is because they are proposing good products and only good products. So even if I always compare features and prices before to buy, as for any other sites/products I trust their catalog, since there are good chances that the best of what you are seeking of has been gathered in their catalog, and nothing more. This is a value by itself since it saves time to browse catalog containing products from heterogeneous quality.
