United KingdomAbsolutely terrible service. Again purchased through Debenhams who have no customer service at all. Contacted this is it stores 5 times through email. Never responded. Also tried calling them. They never answer the phone. The company is absolutely useless when it comes to to customer service
United KingdomI ordered a Christmas tree through Debenhams who use this company. Unfortunately they sent me a kayak and neither have replied to my request for a resolution. Debenhams customer service say to expect delays but you don’t know how long that will be. This company has sent no acknowledgment and i’ve now sent 2 emails. I now want a refund and i’ll buy a tree elsewhere. I still don’t understand how they made this mistake when you see the box. I found it funny at first but it’s now making me angry that i’m being ignored.
United KingdomI'm aware that a lot of people have given TII a single star, but it has been different for me. I ordered a tent online, but then had to cancel the order almost immediately. This was on a Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning I received an email from the store saying that I would get a refund, and I got it a couple of days later. I'm happy.
