The Bunch have been a nightmare to deal with - we made the choice to switch to another provider as the bills we received from them just seemed to keep rising and upon switching we were shocked to receive an extortionate ‘reconciliation’ charge. How this was calculated was very confusing and it felt like we had been intentionally deceived. The customer support / service since has been incredibly slow to respond making the process all the more stressful. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider.
After getting cut off twice, finally got through to Alun who sorted my queries out promptly and efficiently. Good work!
