I had a lovely phone call from Jordan. Everything was clearly and patiently explained. All options were presented such that I could choose the best plan for me.


Cancelled our account back in May, paid off the debt we owed because our account wasn't setup properly in September. Have been paying a new provider since May. They have continued to take money out of our account because they forgot to cancel it their end. They cannot give us a refund for what they've taken because our account is apparently a mess and they need to sort it out before they can refund us. We're having to go without because of their error, so much for groceries! Will be contacting the ombudsmen if we do not recieve a refund. Update: still haven't heard anything, currently raising a dispute with natwest, I will be writing to the ombudsmen on Saturday. Appalling service. Update 23/12/25: still no refund, they are now saying we still owe them the £760 we paid off in September and will continue to take money. These guys are in for a juicy law suit.

The response to the queries is so prompt so instant Weather am not happy with the response or not but by the fact that Aron is there to respond and try to make me understand how the bill is going..makes me so happy and I am so grateful Thank you Aron Thank you The Bunch
