GBGBI have purchased from this company on many occasions but sadly this time wasn’t so good. I purchased a charm from them but I needed to return it. This is where the company wasn’t so good, they received the charm but made me wait quite some time before refunding my money all the time they were earning interest on my money. I kept writing and asking for my refund but they deliberately made me wait so this was a big let down for me. I needed the refund as it was a gift so the person had to wait. So unfortunately I wasn’t very impressed.
