Defective Joist Tape & Zero Customer Service - Avoid TG SupplieOrder # : 22-14573-16361Bought the Frameseal Joist Butyl Tape to protect my stair stringers. The product is completely defective and unfit for purpose. It had zero initial tack. Following their customer service advice, I used a hot air dryer to heat-activate the adhesive and pressed it down firmly.A few days later, most the tape peeled off and curled up on its own, leaving the timber unprotected. It didn't even bond enough to pull up a single splinter of wood. As a structural moisture barrier, this defective batch poses a serious rot risk to my construction.I sent a formal complaint demanding a refund under the Consumer Rights Act, but they have completely ignored my emails and ghosted me. Appalling product quality and even worse customer service.If you want sticky tape that actually sticks and a company that replies to complaints, DO NOT BUY FROM TG SUPPLIES!

I ordered 3 tonnes of gravel & 1 tonne of soil from the Tattenhall yard & have to say I found the service from initial order to delivery absolutely brilliant. I wanted each tonne bag in different places around my property & the delivery driver was brilliant, extremely helpful & very accommodating.6 stars out of 5.Please pass on my thanks to him.

Item arrived with 2 right hand ends. I tried messaging through eBay, calling their store, emailing them, with no response. Ridiculous behaviour for what is probably a 50p part. I manage several successful e-commerce stores and always remind the client to focus on great customer service, as today they might only want a £20 door draught excluder, tomorrow they might want a £2,000 pergola. Well guess what, I'm in the market for a £2K pergola, but guess who I won't be trusting with my purchase?

Ordered 28 Nov. with next day delivery. Not delivered until 7 December. They do not answer their phone, I have called four times on two separate days. They do not answer their emails. I have emailed twice. Very poor service.
