Order is already weeks late, costumer service doesn't reply. I asked cancelation and refund ... Nothing happens ... should have read reviews earlier.

After shipping back a test racket, they did not return the €80 deposit I paid, even though I provided them with my shipping receipt, I never heard back and instead, received an invoice for the full amount of a new racket. Despite sending several emails and > 10 attempts to contact them via telephone, I am still awaiting a repsonse...

I ordered an racket and I paid but I didn’t received the racket or my money, It’s been 9 days and there is no help center!
