After shipping back a test racket, they did not return the €80 deposit I paid, even though I provided them with my shipping receipt, I never heard back and instead, received an invoice for the full amount of a new racket. Despite sending several emails and > 10 attempts to contact them via telephone, I am still awaiting a repsonse...
I ordered an racket and I paid but I didn’t received the racket or my money, It’s been 9 days and there is no help center!
I never received any shipping confirmation which was a little strange. Also, no reply when I messaged them asking for an update… BUT suddenly, my purchase arrived today. Perfect condition, decent price. Ordered Wednesday, received following Tuesday.
Dure tennisschoenen besteld maar nog niet eens een verzendbevestiging na 5 dagen. Verder is het bedrijf zo bereikbaar als Noord Korea. Telefoonnummer is niet bereikbaar en mailadres ook niet.
