I order a racket on the 26th of February today 14th of march still didn’t arrive, i sent email 3 times i only got automated email not even one answer, if i check on the website to track i fo say parcel is in germany since 27th of February, i ask for money back nut obv no answer, currier just say to wait. Is 2024 unacceptable
