My racket broke and I'm trying to get a warranty claim with this store for 3 months and no answer whatsoever, emailed several times and they just ignore me
I ordered a pair of Nike clay shoes that were discounted and in stock at the time of purchase. For 3–4 days, I received no emails or updates about my order. When I finally reached out to customer service, they replied that my order had been canceled due to "no stock." However, when I immediately checked their website, the exact same shoes in the same size were still available—but now at a much higher price. Frustrated, I sent them a screenshot proving this, showing that stock was clearly not the issue. Their response? Simply that I was "free to reorder"—but, of course, at the higher price. This experience was beyond disappointing. Whether it was a mistake or intentional, it’s unacceptable to cancel an order and then offer the same product at a higher price. I will never buy from them again!
Mfers, not only delivery was late, they also sent me wrong shoes, these guys are a joke, look: We are very sorry that we sent you the wrong shoe. We understand how disappointing this is. Unfortunately we do not offer reshipments or exchanges, so the best way to deal with this would be to: 1. Register the item on our returns portal to get a returns label - Returns service | Tennis-Point There may be a PLN 14,95 deduction for the return costs, but we will refund this afterwards. Stay away from this 'company'
