Awful photography, childs head cut off and glasses halfway down his nose. Photos all printed on one sheet so you have to try and trim them yourself with scissors. Awful service!!!
Had my graduation in November 2024 and only just realised that one of the pictures I ordered for my USB was corrupted. I emailed customer service who replied the same day and sorted the issue out for me without any delays. Shannon was amazing and not only sorted out the corrupted USB image, but also helped me order another picture that I wanted. She was very friendly, prompt, and helpful and I can’t thank her enough.
