
Safe, Reliable and More Affordable bus tranfers
I have sucessfully used this company in the past. However this time they took my payment (200€) paid online in advance - then cancelled the booking for my group less than 24 hours before arrival. I have tried to email both email-adresses. I have tried the online chat-function. NO useful response to my inquiry. My payment should be refunded as NO service was carried out but I am very unsure this will happen. Never again!
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! FRAUD! Cancelled my 3 am transfer last moment. Luckily I was not asleep and was able to reserve Uber last moment. But what if I went to sleep thinking my early morning transfer is arranged 🙄 Wonder if I will get my money back??? Payed online. Not answering email. UPDATE: received an email saying I've cancelled my own transfer 🙄 Definitely something wrong with this company!Will post an update. UPDATE: after 2 h exchanging emails company is claiming I've cancelled my own transfer which I did not. They claim their system recorded everything. So when I requested them to provide exact details of my cancellation they refused saying it is internal data they are not able to share. All they can say is that system recorded cancellation but they do not have a proof.They refuse to refund! Stay away from this company!
Dishonest company and completely unprofessional! I had an extremely bad experience with TSA Airport Transfer. Before the ride, they confirmed the final price and clearly stated that no additional charges would apply. They even confirmed over chat that the night supplement does NOT apply, since my pickup was at 05:00, outside their own stated “night hours” (00:00–05:00). Despite all this, 47 days after the transfer, they suddenly charged my card an extra €50 for the exact same “night supplement” they had already confirmed was not applicable. Charging customers almost two months later for something that was explicitly ruled out is completely unacceptable. This is unprofessional, misleading, and feels like a scam. I will never use their service again, and I strongly advise others to avoid a company that changes the price long after the service is done.
This company is a disgrace. I ordered a taxi online and paid Euro 85.50 in advance, the company cancelled and has not refunded me despite many emails requesting this. Surely the company could just keep track of these cancellations and not rip people off?
