What a joke! Never again will I buy anything from this outfit. Had a new refrigerator delivered and the delivery guys could do the install as the waterline was leaking. The gentlemen suggested we go to Home Depot and buy a part which would fix the problem. So we did. But we still had leaking so we called the Pickering store and they said because we tried to fix it they would charge us $250 to send someone over. The store manager(Brian) was useless so we elevated to the Head office. They refused to provide us any level of customer service either. Be advised, their service after the sale is disgusting. I will never spend another dime with them.

We purchased all kitchen appliances and were told a week prior to installation that the oven combo was backordered. While I understand that this happens, no one from Tasco offered any help (sourcing elsewhere or rental oven). When finale installed, installed didn‘t have required tools and left all boxes behind. All in all, poor customer service experience with no ownership or tangible customer support, just emotional words.
