IDIDLove using this to improve my Japanese speaking, the explanation help me to improve more.
DKDKThe app does not send you a renewal notification for the 12-month subscription, as the law in Denmark requires. They charged me without any possibility to cancel this in advance. I contacted support and still no answer. I will probably contact my bank and label this transaction as a fraud and initiate a chargeback to recover my money.EDIT: the company contacted me and offered an appropriate solution. However, they still should send notifications before renewals of 12-month period subscription, according to the law in Denmark.
