very easy process from initial contact throught to project review and guided through all the steps of the installation including the navigation through grant applications. Also since installation great customer backup and enquiry availability. Couldnt recommend highly enough and a game changer for our long term energy strategy.
Our new gas boiler system installed in August 2022. Every year since, the boiler has failed its annual service. Finally, stopped working completely on January 02 2026.My main complaint is that the after-sales service and support is appalling. The attitude is that 'we're too busy to help' even though it came with a 7 year parts and service warranty. They also refused to cover the cost of finding an alternative solution provider.
I had my solar panels installed by Swyft Energy on my cottage.Everything was made easy by the lads very professional service from start to finish, electricians even took time to set up app on my phone and explained how to use it.I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get solar panels installed in their home.
I deliberately waited a period of time to see just how effective the Solar Panel / Battery system solution would work out before posting any review and I've been very impressed even after a few short weeks in terms of the effectiveness of the system and the savings already being delivered. The installation teams (Solar Panels and Electrical teams) were excellent with a very professional approach in how they did the installation. All cabling and equipment was very neatly, tidily and securely installed. In addition, the teams are to be commended on their overall professionalism in terms of their personal behavior, the very easy to understand and informative communication style and indeed their overall work ethic. They certainly represented the Swyft company in the best possible way and are a credit to the company. Only one minor issue arose and it related to the Sales / Quotation process rather than the Solution Installation. It relates to Swyft Sales personnel not being very clear or transparent with their pricing between the initial quotation and final invoicing with some spurious / inconsistent approaches when using discounts. Whilst the final cost was what was agreed, how it was calculated and how it related to the original quote was very misleading. Also, the promised follow up call from the sales, post the system installation team didn't happen.
