This Review is for 101 Cherryhill Blvd Unit 103 London I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had today with one of your staff members. I called at 1:27 p.m. to speak with an accountant. The person who answered was an Indian guy confirmed my phone number he said he wrote it down and said he would call me back in five minutes. 15 minutes passed no call. When I phoned again, he apologized and asked for another 5–10 minutes, saying he was busy with another client. After another wait, he called back about 10 minutes later, asking for my number again the same one he had already confirmed earlier. When I reminded him, he admitted, “I’ll be honest, I didn’t write it down; I was busy.” That’s not honesty that’s negligence. This kind of carelessness and lack of accountability represents exactly why customer service in Canada is declining. I’ve been an H&R Block customer for over 10 years, and I can say without hesitation that the level of professionalism has dropped significantly. It’s unfortunate to see reputable companies allowing uncommitted employees to represent their name and damage public trust. I expect this matter to be reviewed seriously, with disciplinary action taken and compensation provided for the inconvenience. I also intend to share my experience publicly once it’s resolved, not to attack, but to push for higher service standards in this country because Canada deserves better than this. FYI, I already reported this incident to H&R customer care department. Once the case closed I will publish a video with resolution to speak about the service and actions they took against the individual on my TikTok channel where 5 million viewers per video are watching.

I had an issue with my taxes not properly being filed by Cedar Point, Barrie location. I booked to refile at Monarch Dr. Orillia ONT. There the ladies Michelle & Dorothy quickly resolved my problem and re-filed my papers on the spot. They were very helpful.
The franchise owner of 7 offices in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta asked his employees to defraud EI by working for him and collecting EI but not reporting the employment. H&R Head Office was made aware of this request with the supporting documents and to date has not acted on it. They’re allowing him to continue to operate without sanction. If the franchise owner is prepared to defraud EI, what will he do with YOUR private information? H&R Block is complicit in these actions as they allow him to continue to operate. All the above is verifiable with the documents that were sent to my collègue and I before we were terminated for refusing to take part in the scheme that he proposed.
