There is something very fishy going on with this website. PREDICTION: You will see a few 5 star reviews pop up immediately after mine, suspicious? I don't appreciate when a "company" tries to silence the truth, seeing how they reacted I strongly advise anyone to dig a lot deeper and read all the reviews here before risking being fooled by their system, it is designed to take your money. I am now even more suspicious than before, so I took the trouble of collecting previous feedback, all of which indicates review manipulation. Enter an Amazon product url in SupplyLeader to get a quote, you will immediately see the wholesale prices are made up, for different products or purposely marked down to lure signups. 4. Supply"Leader" charge $100/$800 just for the privilege of accessing the same information! 5. They are based in Hong Kong! There is a lot of counterfeiting originating from Hong Kong, check their legal info page for proof of their administrative office. 6. I’ve had an extremely difficult time trying to do business with Supply Leader Group Limited. It’s almost impossible to place an order. On top of that, it’s very hard to reach anyone for help—No responsive customer service, No clear contact options, and No follow-through. I’ve wasted too much time just trying to complete a simple order. Very disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend them until they fix their website issues and improve communication with customers. Won't me a refund I've been paying $39.00 since Feb 2022 to current

this is a scame i got robed and been a month i got nothing traking oreder dont work and never shipped my orders i put a few bad reviews but never gets posgted i hope you guys pay for what are you doing karma will get you who ever you are that scam me you will pay

Not sure if the reviews here are truly legitimate or written by bots, because my experience was nothing like what others have described — quite the opposite, in fact. First of all, the response time from their support team was extremely slow. Each time I asked a question, it took about a day to get a reply, which made the whole process drag on for weeks just trying to figure out how to use their platform. Secondly, their platform frequently malfunctioned. I reported the issues multiple times and even sent screenshots. While they apologized and said they would fix it “right away,” the problems kept happening — and the last issue took them nearly a week to resolve. Since they don’t work on weekends, that meant I couldn’t source anything for almost an entire month. What’s worse is that, despite these ongoing issues that clearly came from their side, they did nothing to compensate for the time and productivity I lost. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about their customers at all — only about their own time and money. Considering that the subscription fee is not cheap, I expected much better service and accountability. Instead, I was even told that if I wanted better treatment, I should pay for a higher-tier plan. That’s incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. In the end, I basically paid for a month where I couldn’t use the service due to their technical issues, and they completely ignored my request for fairness. Extremely disappointing experience overall.
