Following my review, I reached out to Supabet directly in an effort to resolve this matter privately and fairly. Supabet previously acknowledged in writing that deposits were accepted on my account after I submitted a responsible gambling exclusion request. At the time of that acknowledgment, no corrective action had been completed. I am still awaiting clear confirmation on the status of any corrective action related to those post-exclusion deposits. I have not been informed whether corrective action has been approved or initiated, or whether the matter remains under review with an anticipated timeline. For context, I raised a similar responsible gambling issue with another operator involving deposits accepted after a closure request. After engagement, that matter was resolved. I remain hopeful that Supabet will address this complaint in the same direct and transparent manner. My goal has always been to resolve this issue without involving external channels. However, the lack of communication and follow-through makes it difficult to trust that responsible gambling safeguards are being taken seriously. I will update this review if Supabet responds or if the matter is resolved.

It’s a worst of all time. Nither they will give your money nor they will close your account. I had a big winnings and then with complete verification and all haven’t got money back. That money goes on supabet account and keep bouncing. You won’t get much help from live chat. I was frustrated and email 1000000 times to close my account and no reply. They have poor responsible gambling service and no tools for responsible gambling. Totally bullshit.

I contacted support to permanently close my account. Instead of a clear, straightforward procedure, I was sent through repeated email confirmations and “verification” steps that don’t go anywhere. The replies are generic and the issue never gets properly handled, so the closure request remains unresolved. Bad customer service and an extremely frustrating experience. Avoid if you expect basic account management to work.
